Thomas Harter
Thomas Harter's expertise is in reaching prospects and converting them into donors. He has been a fundraiser since 1975, first as a fundraiser for the United Way and as the development director for the Buffalo Zoo. Since then he has worked for multiple non-profit organizations, with a special interest in increasing donor giving and donor acquisition.
Connie Oswald Stofko
Connie Oswald Stofko is an award-winning writer and editor with more than 25 years experience. She has written appeal letters, newsletters, press releases and other collateral material for many non-profit organizations. She started as a newspaper reporter and holds a bachelor's degree in journalism and a master's in applied communication.
Maxine Osiewicz
Maxine Osiewicz has been a graphic designer since 1987. Her focus is in designing appeal packages and newsletters that get people to open the package, read it and take action. She came to design with a printing background. Not only does she have pre-press experience, but at one time ran a press.
Ryan Najmulski
Ryan Najmulski provides Internet and marketing expertise to nonprofits. Always fascinated with brands, he has developed strategies to help organizations achieve their goals using the Web. Ryan calls himself an "inbound marketing disciple," and is happy to discuss the concept with anyone! He received his bachelor's degree in marketing from Canisius College in 2009
Kathleen Flynn
Kathleen Flynn is credentialed by CFRE as a Certified Fundraising Executive. She has more than 20 years experience as a non-profit executive director and principal development staff for both small, local organizations and for affiliates of national organizations. She has a special appreciation for those who "roll up their sleeves" and for the volunteer -staff partnership that creates results.
Grant Fletcher
Grant Fletcher has planned events for both the non-profit and for profit sectors. His experience includes program director for a summer camp, sales/marketing for a private ski club and special event planning and fundraising for non-profit agencies.
